I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

I had a prenatal massage with Lucy, she made me feel really welcome. I loved the idea of the affirmation cards to start with before the massage began. The pressure was perfect and I felt really relaxed throughout the whole massage, thank you again I really enjoyed it and I think the little one did too :)x

I had a lovely swedish massage at OM Holistic. Alaine was really welcoming and I loved the little extra touches like choosing my own oil scent and the ginger tea and biscuit at the end! The massage itself was great, good amount of pressure and really relaxing. I slept like a baby after!

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. Sorcha's treatment was one of the best massages I have had - she was so intuitive at listening to my body, and she had some really amazing techniques. I also loved the little personal touches of the Lindor chocolates/herbal tea at the end - there was amazing attention-to-detail throughout. Sorcha was really caring & kind, and so the experience was just a totally wholesome experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be back!

Relaxing, fresh and beautiful cleaning facial with scalp and shoulder massage. Paula was very catering and even provided treats as it was my sisters facial birthday gift treat. Thankyou so much Deffo reccomend
