After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. I love coming here to get my lashes done. She does my lashes perfect every time. The studio is so relaxing and calm, it’s the only time I get to switch off. If I’m not sleeping during my appointment we are laughing and yapping. The best lash tech I have ever been to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. As always Jada is a dream and her set up is so cute and spotless. I had my usual eyebrow and lip wax and left feeling fresh. Highly recommend Jada for all of her treatments because Ive seen them first hand (head of house at Olives@beckenham where she was located prior to her cute set up now. Xx

Amazing!! Been coming to get my lashes done from this amazing woman for about a year now. She's lovely and so polite and anything you want or need she can help out with. The lash retention (2weeks+) is amazing!! And my eyes are never irritated and my lashes always look full and lovely the time she's finished xx
