Professional. Friendly. A good listener. The staff here delivered excellent service! When I requested they take a photo of my soft curls (from and back) along with the business salon logo name, they happily complied. I am satisfied with the women's haircut service I received. And, I even received tips and tricks on how I can on natural ingredients (rose petals, castor oil, and cloves) that can promote hair growth! 💇🏻‍♀️ I hope my hair becomes thicker so that next time I can request a full color! 😊

Both Haze( hands)l and Jeremy( feet) Were really very good and pleasant. I was very happy with the service. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the music was so loud and tha people were all talking so loud. If I could suggest any improvements it would be to have signs asking people and staff to whisper and then lowered the music volume,as it is called a spa.

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

I loved getting my mature locs maintained there. So professional, so capable and so personable. I spent my whole appointment laughing and engaging in great conversation. I have a sensitive skull and I don’t know how but Helena was able to tighten my locs without hurting my head. This was a first for me. I have never left a hair salon without pain in my life, have you? lol. I would recommend that Helena get a raise, she is that good.

Amazing, Ten out of ten stars!! I received a oxygenating facial and a calm and hydrate scalp treatment and it was absolute perfection Location was super easy to park at, the building in the room were very lovely and super calming. Had a great vibe to it. Anna was the absolute best! She took her time to explain the services and had great tips for follow ups for me and my skin. I will definitely be back to continue my Skin journey with her.

I rarely get my hair done and for my first ever service at dark Shugar, I got the best experience of having the exact hair I wanted and it came out great. Blessing was a gem and she took the opportunity to make sure that I loved the hair which I’m glad she did. It made me happy that what I envisioned came out even better than I expected. 5 star experience and service from dark shugar, would definitely recommend anyone to come get their beauty services from here.
