There was a bit of a plumbing odor, but this was my first time visiting this branch - the service was better than other branches I've visited (friendly and welcoming). I will be returning to this branch (Kuils River) for sure.

Lorraine did my hands - she did an excellent job and she is very professional and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. There were a few disturbances from other nail techs coming to get their equipment boxes, asking for equipment from other nail techs next to us which was a lil annoying. 2 different girls did my toes (1 soak off and 1 gel overlay) which I couldn't quite understand, nonetheless I was happy with the result but seems a bit unfair for 3 people to share a tip? and we do not know how this is split?

Provina is a perfectionist and pays attention to detail. She works clean, neat and tidy and gentle with cuticle work. I did a polygel overlay set for the first time and I am very happy with the result.

Mani and pedi and therapist was excellent. Reception experience was not great. I arrived on time and my therapist was still busy. I asked if I can just quickly go and get a cold drink. The receptionist said no and I ended up waiting for my therapist for 5 minutes anyway. On paying a paid with a R 500 voucher and wanted to pay the additional R 85 with cash, not knowing you do not accept cash. I only had cash with me that day. I was made to wait inside until someone brought me my card. Luckily we live close by and my husband was able to come with my card, not a great experience.

This was my first visit. The salon is pretty and the nail technician was friendly. I had a soak off and new set of gel overlay done. The result was really good. Price was R240 which is reasonable compared to other offers.

Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.
