First time Ive been to Venus and I'll definitely be back. Alex is fantastic! Gave me hints and tips about my frizz mop that no other hairdresser has ever said and I've been going to hairdressers for quite a few years. No, he didn't do this to try and up sell me products etc. In fact the only mention of which products to use was "I recommend a keratin based shampoo and conditioner". When I've tried a new hairdresser in the past I've had to explain what works and what doesn't, I didn't have to do this with Alex, he already knew :) He was efficient and all at a fantastic price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Elegant Creations! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, attentive and professional. I asked for a specific style and they took time during the wash, cut, and style to ensure it looked exactly how I wanted. The attention to detail is incredible — even the blow‑dry and finish were perfect. The salon is clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Prices are fair for the level of service. my hairstylist was so lovely and kind, i didn't catch her name but she just started and moved here from Sri Lanka and she gave me a very beautiful haircut and confirmed with me through the time that i was happy with the lengths etc very positive expereince.
