Amazballs! Overall good customer service took 4 hours to get my hair to be perfect! Angel (Anju) was my stylist today & she showed nothing but professionalism & I enjoyed her doing my hair. She didn’t rush & she took her time 😌 I will definitely be visiting more often for all HÃĪṞ & beauty needs they are my go to salon/Palour !! A+++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND

In love with my hair, Alex worked his magic and I'm so happy with it, he gave me all the advice, explained what he could do with my hair and I feel amazing, first time getting a balayage and would definitely return back to Alex for another. Best service and even stayed after 6pm (closing time) to finish my hair off.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and offered a drink. Consultation was given with honesty, precision, clear communication to ensure Dee and I were on the same page. Dee saw my vision and ran with it, with no hesitation. Outcome was absolutely brilliant, blew my expectations out the waters. I am very happy with my full head of highlights. This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in NZ. Despite Jay’s busyness, she took the time to do an excellent job with absolute patience and care. I didn’t feel this young and good about myself in a long while- definitely worth the 30 min trip

I am thrilled with my results from Alex Fleming at Venus Hair Salon and I would highly recommend him for all hair services. I had a regrowth colour/root retouch and blow dry/hair iron. The services at Venus Hair Salon were professional, friendly and high quality. I also had eyebrow threading and it was also very well done. I walked into Kess express mangere with bushy hair that had been neglected since I became a mum. How bad my hair was is evident in the hours that took them to make my hair look so beautiful, straight, light and shiny! Literally 1.30pm to about after 7pm at night, way past their closing time. I am so grateful and just full of positive feedback, for their patience and attention to detail from each of the staff that worked on my hair! 3 in total!
