Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. I had such a lovely experience at No.53 Salon. The salon has a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and the whole team is friendly and professional. I booked a luxury pedicure and gels with Lilley, and she was fantastic. She was very attentive and thorough, making sure everything was done perfectly while also making the whole treatment feel really relaxing. My feet feel amazing and the finish looks beautiful.

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me
