It was my first time at Hayato. Although it looked a bit dated, the service was exactly what I was looking for. Great shampoo experience and Mina my hairdresser was a super Japanese stylist. I had an amazing fun experience at Hayato New York! I had haircut with Miho and she is highly skilled in precision haircuts. I am mixed asian and american hair so I have fine but a lot of hair that is straight. I came to her with damaged overgrown hair and she created a beautiful easy to manage (wash and go) hairstyle that compliments me. I highly recommend Miho at Hayato!

The shop is very welcoming, clean and has a very positive vibe. I came to the shop because Master Barber Jan Dogar recently joined the team and he has been cutting my hair for the last several months. His work is thorough, consistent and thoughtful. I am an older guy with not that much hair, so it is crucial to me what I do have looks as good as it can. Jan totally gets it and does an outstanding job. His expertise and kind, friendly demeanor make for a great experience overall!
