It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I’ve never been in a salon before due to stigma as a male and I gave a horrible explanation of what I was hoping to achieve. However, Masie was amazing and proposed how to go about it and explaining how it would look as I was worried about it looking too flat of a colour. I’m very happy with how it’s turned out, and I will be looking to book with her again as soon as it begins growing out 👌 couldn’t fault a single thing

First time at Redhed and so happy with my colour. Lola is so lovely, and really took on board what I wanted for my end result. The atmosphere of the salon is also great, with the added comfort of Betty, the dog, sitting with me throughout. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.

First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Lemana is the balayage queen! Thank you so much as always. The workhouse is by far the best hair salon in Folkestone, Hayley has created such a chilled vibe. The atmosphere is just so lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dream team ❤️

Another lovely hair appointment with Sarah. She always does an amazing job with my hair, especially as I never have any idea of what needs doing to make the best of it. She also gives me hints and tips to help me keep it looking nice. The whole team are such lovely friendly people and I have never left there anything but happy
