Overall was great, I love the attention to detail on cuticle care and making sure the polish is strictly on the nails. The lotion massage at the end of the pedicure was everything! My only complaint is my nail tech did cut my toenails a bit shorter than I'd like. I'd still come back though :)

Since going to Ivy nails, I realize that other places that I had been going to previously were skipping basic but important steps.
