I’m very impressed with this salon- from front desk staff who was pleasant and friendly, to cleanliness and overall really nice environment. Iryna did my nails- very very meticulous job from start to finish. Not only was she friendly and receptive to my requests, she did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails.. it was obvious she was well trained and her work shows it. I will definitely be back.

I recently tried this nail salon and had my appointment with Lidia — and I’m so glad I did. She was kind, welcoming, and had such great energy. She truly cared about making sure I’d love my nails, letting me try three different colors and three different top coats to see what suited me best. No pressure, just care. After a disappointing experience at another popular salon in the area -this was so refreshing. I highly recommend Lidia — she truly understands her clients. 💅

Lina is the best! She really analyzed my skin and took her time with me explaining everything. She extracted every blackhead yet was so gentle doing it. She even went the extra mile and is curating a skincare routine for me. I cannot recommend her enough ! I can’t wait to come back!!

I have been coming to LP waxing for more than a year now ans earlier to their Lincoln Park branch. This Lounge provides amazing service and all sepcialists are very professional and kind. I've tried Rosie today and she was amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here 😊
