Fast and friendly. Little story time, I've been here for about over 2 years now and bookings were full at the time I needed to do eyebrows urgently for an event as I grow a whole unibrow very fast and I mean my brows will grow so quick, long and full within 3 weeks, went to another eyebrow parlour and messed my eyebrows up and came to adapt and fixed my eyebrows again. I had a great experience with Princess. So thorough, explaining the process from the beginning till the end, showed passion for what she is doing. She kept on asking for my opinion while preparing for the treatment in terms of the shape and colour of eyebrows until i was happy with what I was seeing in the mirror. Very gentle and ensuring that I was okay all the time.

Just got my lashes done and I’m honestly obsessed! 😍 From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The lash tech (the beautiful Mpho) was super professional, explained the whole process to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The application was so gentle I fell asleep half way through the process! When I finally looked in the mirror, I was blown away. I recently did combo brows and I’m obsessed with the results. Princess, the senior technician, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable from the start and explained everything clearly. Her attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. The conversation flowed so naturally and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. My brows look stunning.
