It was my 5yr son first hair cut. His hair was down past his knees. Caroline was so patient and kind with my son. Everyone working was very friendly and talked with my son to make sure he was comfortable. Caroline explained the product she used and how we would style it in the future. My son really enjoyed his first cut with Caroline.

My son got a haircut how he wanted it and it looks nice. Kyu spent time cutting and asking my son how he wanted it. I loved that Kyu didn't rush to finish my son and teached my son how to style his new hairstyle. He even checked on me if I'm doing ok waiting for my son. Thank you Kyu and everyone that took care of my son. We'll definitely be back.

Got a wavy perm and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Caroline took the time to understand what I was going for and nailed it. The waves look natural and the texture is perfect. Already getting compliments. Will definitely be back.

Claire Kim did a great job on my daughter’s hair who is also 13 years old and pretty picky about her hair. My daughter loves the cut (wispy fringe & long layers on medium length hair; trendy hairstyle with teenage girls) and Brazilian blowout. I will be definitely back ok’ing her for all future hair appointments for my daughter. We are very happy with the results.
