If there was an option to give more stars then I would definitely give them. For my birthday I was treated to a 3 hour indulgence package - It was wonderful. Full body stone massage, premium facial and a shellac manicure. Sarah opened the salon especially to accommodate me as my birthday fell on a Sunday. As always the salon was spotlessly clean, the setting was wonderful and the treatments were pure heaven. Sarah's techniques for massage are second to none, honestly if you are thinking of having a massage then look no further. Can't wait to book my next treatment. Thank you Sarah

My nails were in awful condition from being massively over filed by a different nail technician from a different beauty salon, so I couldnt have anything done today with them being in such bad condition. The spa is beautiful, there was a lovely ambience to the space. I booked a winter package which included a facial and manicure. Both were really lovely. My sister also booked the winter package and planned to go for the massage option over the facial, however on the day when we arrived for the appointment we were told massages wouldn’t be possible that day. It ended up working out but I think when it comes to the packages, it might be nice for customers to pick their treatments in advance or inform customers in advance if certain treatments will be unavailable that day.

Sarah is simply so lovely, and my nails look fantastic! She really took the time to help me choose my colour and ensure I’m happy with the shape. Cannot wait to be back at Loft again soon, such a tranquil and relaxing space 🤍

Super pleased with my manicure. Sarah is extremely professional & adhere’s to Covid regulations even in my home.

This is the second visit to the Loft. I had the Summer Special - back massage and mini pedi with polish. I love the relaxed environment, the staff are always friendly and professional, but chilled and relaxed, which is what I like. I will be booking in a regular slot with Helen on a Monday which is my day off.
