Lily had lovely customer service, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the design of the nails. She took extra care to make sure the shape was even, and went the extra mile to complete my request for a coloured French manicure (which had not previously been booked and instead decided at the time of appointment). Amber is very careful and gentle. She's patient and never in a rush. I enjoyed this first appointment with her for manicure and pedicure. She had done a great service. The staff are SO lovely, price is fair, parking is easy (not like Knox!), bright clean calm environment. Once I had two people working on my nails - one prep the other finish (I don’t mind at all but some people might not like that). Overbooked occasionally (again some would hate that) but waiting 30 minutes for my first appointment was not good (nice that staff were very apologetic). I’ve never had an issue but have been told sometimes the polish quality is not consistent. 4.5 stars from. Me!!

Just got my bridal nails done here for my wedding next week. The ladies in the shop were great at helping me work out which polish to use to get the look I wanted and I felt very comfortable in the shop. I'm so happy with my nails and would definitely return :) thank you!

This is the third time we've had our BIAB nail treatment. My nails have never been stronger & longer. I'm not tempted to remove the polish when it's grown out. I recommend getting BIAB at Nailz 88

Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they pay so much attention to detail. My nails always come out looking perfect and last so well. The salon is clean, relaxing, and such a nice experience every time. Definitely my go to place and I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Highly recommend!

Kim and Sophie are the best nail technicians I have ever had. Their salon is very clean, they dress very well and their nails always have the latest designs. I have never had nail art but I love trying something different. Kim will tell me if it doesn’t work, these girls amazing so don’t bother going to Knox City or Eastland give the girls are try and you will not be disappointed

Unlike other salons that just remove the polish then repolish. The girls were outstanding with the care they gave. My pedicure was a soak in the spa including dead skin on feet removed, a scrub then moisturizer. Then manicure hand massage . Will definitely be back again!!! 💪💪💪💓💓💓💅💅💅

Friendly, very patient and take care of you and what you want. Lina made my nails beautiful and did French polish just how I wanted it.
