I have had a treatment with Kasia before. I find her very understanding when I was explaining my issues with her. We discussed how she would approach my massage and the way forward for me after my treatment. I felt very comfortable in her company and happy to discuss my concerns with her. She explains the "why" an "what next" in an easy to understand manner. Her extensive knowledge of deep tissue massage made me feel very comfortable when it came to the massage itself.

I have had a remedial massage with Kasia today and it was absolutely brilliant, I already feel so much relief around the area. Kasia clearly knows and understands the muscular skeletal system incredibly well and how to use different therapies to relieve pain tension etc. I felt like Kasia must have special X-ray vision to see all the pains and aches I have and target them. Thank you so much I will absolutely be returning soon.

My appointment was amazing. Laarni understood so much about what was going on in my body and what I need to do to heal and recover. She gave me a lot of helpful advice for exercises I can do and she was so thorough with her massage too. Also on a personal level so lovely to get to know her! She made me feel very comfortable too.

I only came back from a week all inclusive holiday in Lanzarote yesterday, and went for a lymphatic massage/drainage procedure with Rebecca this morning. It was so relaxing and it left me feeling so much less bloated, I feel like all the over indulgence from the past week has now disappeared and I feel so much more energised than I did before I had the treatment. What amazing treatment. I have never had micro-needing before Rebecca full explained what the treatment entailed before starting. I was made to feel super comfortable wrapped in a blanket with a heated blanket underneath me it was total bliss. Rebecca talked me through the treatment ensuring I was ok with the needle work. It wasn’t uncomfortable I actually enjoyed it. Afterwards I had a cooling mask applied with a gorgeous massage using pressure points. After I looked rejuvenated and glowing. My skin felt super smooth and soft. I would highly recommend Rebecca & her wonderful clinic.

Rebecca made me feel so at ease straight away, she is just lovely and so easy to chat to. She talked me through the whole process and explained what she would be doing.
