I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

Never disappoints! I've just had another Not a Facial facial. AMAZING! Not a traditional massage more of a wonderful workout for your facial muscles and lymphatic drainage. Also incorporates head, neck and shoulder area. You come out floating on a cloud and knowing your face has just had an amazing treat

This was a fabulous treatment. I had the Not a Facial facial. I was already interested in lymphatic drainage but this goes so much further with deep tissue massage of the facial muscles and clearing lymph flow around the body. It is very relaxing and I immediately had feel good vibes after. Will be doing again for sure. Diana is knowledgeable and a lovely lady. You are in good hands.

I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. I had a skin consultation with Callum. Callum is very knowledgeable and I found the consultation very informative. I came away with a better understanding of what my skin needs and how to incorporate small changes into my routine to benefit my skin for the long term. I also had the lymphatic drainage and infrared detox therapy, I find the suit to be so beneficial and can really see a change in my body over the last couple of days. I will definitely be returning.

I had a Hydrafacial with dermaplaning at Elora Skin with Lowri and it was honestly the most relaxing experience. She kept me informed throughout and tailored everything to my skin.
