Lina is an incredibly talented masseuse, she gets it right every single time and I walk away with tension gone in places I didn’t even realise I was holding tension in! The armonia studio is such a tranquil space, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in, the decor is beautiful and it smells amazing! The armonia signature massage is my favourite as it is bespoke to your needs - for example in today’s session we were able to include hot stones, lymphatic drainage, cupping, face massage and more. What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I have had 50+ deep tissue massages from 10+ therapists over the years of being a self employed painter and that was hands down the best. What has really got me is that I have had steroid injections in my wrists for constant pain and nobody other than Andrea has suggested it could be nerve impingement and she said that within 10 minutes into the session. She traced the nerve from my shoulder to the wrist and after working on it I can’t believe how much better it feels. For my wrist alone that’s a big win both physically and mentally and a great start. Can’t recommend this lady highly enough..

My massage with Andrea was unbelievable! Andrea is super friendly, made me feel so at ease and did an amazing massage! I floated out of that room afterwards.
