Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Best IV drip experience. Im scared of needles and can even faint when someone takes my blood, but Joana made everything so quick and comfortable, I barely felt anything. Also the cleanliness in her room is on point, I felt safer in her room than in hospital.

Great, friendly experience with Princess for my mani/pedi - would highly recommend. Princess takes her time and makes sure the treatment is done correctly and to a high standard. She has given me a better pedicure treatment (along with advice on how to keep my feet and nails healthy) than I have had in 5 years of seeing multiple podiatrists! Hygiene and attention to detail is 10/10.

I'm so happy to have found such a convenient new doctor-led aesthetics clinic in Manchester city centre. Excellent communication & appointment coordination from Hind, she answered all my questions very promptly and thoroughly. Hind and Dr Ali were both so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating of my requests. I felt in brilliant, skilled hands with Dr Ali. His expert advice and recommendations really reassured me. It can be nerve racking going somewhere new, especially for invasive procedures, but I felt comfortable and was very happy with my treatment.

I absolutely loved Hind, she was great, she really took her time with me did my skin, and I loved the red light therapy it was so relaxing I could just sleep 😂 I already booked my third session for microneedling definitely worth every penny

Hind was amazing! Explained the whole procedure throughout and the red light therapy was quite calming! Can’t wait to come back again for another session of Micro needling.
