10/10 for customer service and professionalism. Im having a tattoo removed from my neck its definitely painful but they make it bearable with the cold air and something to squeeze on. They give thorough aftercare advice there is no pressure to book next session and they are honest and transparent about cost/sessions needed would definitely recommend.

I came to this clinic for eyebrow/microblading laser removal, and travelled over an hour each way which I hope indicates that they’re the best clinic in Kent. With the laser removal being visible on my face, dealing with a load of unknowns (eg. Inks used ect), I was really nervous - however the knowledge and professionalism of Dan has led to the near complete removal of some badly botched brows (final results still in the works). Amazing, would encourage and recommend to anyone seeking the same treatment.
