I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Skin Envy Laser and Aesthetics Ltd. I visited for laser treatments (arms, half legs, and Hollywood area). The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It made me feel comfortable, which is especially important for someone who has just begun their laser journey. It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

Had 3 sessions of body contouring here, it is easy to find (next door to jewellery quarter train station). The lady conducting my sessions is very knowledgeable about the treatment and I have started seeing results in a short time (just after the second session). Highly reccommended xx

I bought a course of laser hair removal therapy from Groupon and Chanté had been exceptional. Really helpful and friendly and no pressure to upsell me other treatments (although I will be looking at other treatment options in the future as she has been so professional and has done such a great job!)

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Absolutely brilliant experience! From the moment I arrived, the practitioner was warm, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. My practitioner was incredibly skilled, gentle and explained everything clearly.
