Booked my first proper session with Rossella today and I couldn’t be happier, I was really nervous at first since I’d never done anything like this before, but Rossella was so professional and reassuring. Honestly could not recommend HA laser enough! Everyone is really welcoming and helpful. I’ve done 6 laser hair sessions so far and the results are amazing. Lara is absolutely lovely and completely puts you at ease and makes the whole process so comfortable. Lara has explained the process and what sort of results to expect and also maintenance moving forward. The appointments are always surprisingly quick too, but this will depend on what area you're getting done.

Had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment recently with Hayley and I am so so pleased. I have dark, quite thick hair and I wasn’t sure if it would make much of a difference to start. But I could see a huge difference after just the first session! Absolutely amazing and life changing for me. Having to not shave daily/every other day is a relief! Not to mention how absolutely lovely Hayley is. Such a lovely lady and I feel so comfortable each time I go. Which certainly helps when having something like this on various areas! I was a total stranger to laser before 2022 but it was clear from the beginning that Hayley knows her stuff; she runs a consultation before treatments begin to test the effect on your skin, allowing you to ask anything you're unsure of & explaining the process in full. You will be well looked after at Hayley Aesthetics & the results of the laser itself are out of this world. I've only had to shave once between each treatment (& that's because it's what is advised pre laser session!) as hair no longer grows, which is a dream - could not recommend enough :)

I have had a few laser treatments but nothing compares to Hayley’s laser machines! One session I seen a huge hair reduction! All the staff at amazing make you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole appointment! I also had tatoo removal and seen a great response after only 2 sessions! Highly recommend this clinic!
