Sarah Brown walked me through the process before beginning my treatment allowing me to feel more comfortable and relaxed about the process. I instantly felt comfortable and everything was handled with such respect. Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the process. The treatment itself was pain-free!
