Laura was amazing very welcoming,friendly and super easy to talk to about your issues. My session was biokinesiology as gut issues last 3yrs. It's mind blowing the process and interesting new area, as I have tried alot! After 1 appointment She was able to identify foods that trigger me which i was unaware and foods i excluded that can be reintroduced , also she selected the correct supplements to help my problems. And ones to not have at the moment. This is the start of my journey so hopefully I will see some improvements once I implement some changes. i would recommend Laura, see you 5wks!

Gabriella was brilliant. She was very professional and was able to give me a lot of information regarding food and supplements. As a type 1 diabetic I have been struggling for a while with meal plans and felt a bit stuck. I’m glad I reached out to Gabriella as she had a wealth of knowledge regarding diabetes management and I now feel like I have a clear direction to take. I would definitely recommend her.
