This was my first time having reflexology and the benefits I felt almost immediately were really amazing. Hollie pointed out the areas where I had a build up of crystals which shows areas of the body that need attention and she immediately identified the lower back region where I had pain. Today I had a pregnancy massage with Indy and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, Indy made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to ask if there were any particular areas I wanted her to focus on, which I really appreciated. The room was beautifully warm and relaxing, and the pregnancy pillow made such a difference in helping me feel properly supported throughout the treatment. I have had an amazing massage with Anna. I left feeling lighter and relaxed. I had many knots around my neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer most days and she did a great job at releasing those. The music was peaceful and the place was very tranquil. Highly recommend.
