I've been here 3 or 4 times, it's always a pleasure seeing Polly, she is so knowledgeable always listens intently to any issues I have with sore muscles and knots and puts focus in those areas. Every time I leave I feel refresh, ready for the next week ahead with no shoulder or back aches. With the room, free tea provided and the ambience, it's such a nice place to be. Cannot wait for my next visit!

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking.
