A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing – an easy 5 stars! I booked what I thought would be a simple head massage, but it was so much more than that. The treatment was incredibly thorough. She worked on my scalp, ears, eye sockets and so many pressure points and lymphatic areas that I didn't even realise held so much tension. It honestly felt like every acupuncture and lymphatic point in my head and face had been carefully released. I felt so relaxed afterwards that even my husband commented, "Oh my God, what have you done, your face is glowing?" when I got home! #YAN

Just had an absolutely incredible massage from Yan. I went for neck and shoulder pain and she knew exactly what was required and then some! Yan, is a very warming, individual. Really seems to understand what's happening in the body. Helped relieve much pressure in shoulders and help with blood circulation through acupuncture. Certainly recommend.

Shared with Yan about recent hip X-rays showing an impingement condition that’s caused osteoarthritis and today’s session may not have been relaxing but it was SO SO WORTH IT! I am in less pain and can move more easily - made a world of difference!

Yan was so lovely & knowledgeable, I felt very at ease. I booked the 2 hour Traditional Chinese Medicine package where Yan really took her time to assess my body & work on specific areas before adding the acupuncture & moxibustion elements. I’ve never had these treatments before but Yan has a very calming energy & I trusted her. Highly recommend. WIng Yan is a wonderful practitioner, my individual needs, history, and the way my body holds its particular tensions all factored into how the session was shaped. I left feeling rested and revitalised, a balance you rarely find in more conventional treatments. It's not just relaxation, it is recalibration.

Always book to see Yan every 3-4 weeks to help keep on top of my health. She has helped me so much in the past year and I have seen big differences in my circulation and pain management. Went to this session in a lot of pain and fatigue. My intensive TCM session used a mix of acupressure massage, acupuncture and moxibustion and revealed problem areas. Yan listened to my concerns and then examined my body to help me know how to continue taking care of myself after the session. This morning I am in a lot less pain and feel much brighter and have more mental clarity! I am so grateful to Yan and her support in helping me taking care of my body and wellbeing. Because of my job, I do a lot of lifting and physical work, which often causes back strain. Every time I see Yan for a treatment, my back feels so much better afterwards. She really knows how to adjust and release work-related tension. For anyone with physical strain from work, regular massage is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.
