I had such an amazing experience with Donnie and Maddy! My hair is very thick and quite sensitive, so I’m always a little nervous, but they were both incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Donnie did a fantastic job with my highlights — the color is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. Maddy was wonderful with the blow dry, making sure to be extra gentle while still leaving my hair smooth and styled beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the care they showed. Highly recommend them both!

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

Today i had Simona beautiful complete my wash cut and blow dry, she gave me a relaxing experience while having it washed , she spoke to me about how much i should be cutting and made me feel at ease about it all since she could tell i love my long hair, at the end i was given a choice between straight and curly- at first i chose curly since thats how i prefer it but she explained how id we blow dry it straight then she can see if there’s any perfecting needed. i then changed my mind to have it blow dried straight and she finished the cut off. Thank you very much for the amazing service

I always enjoy my time with Adrianne and she is very professional and lovely talk to. I find it very restful at Marie Charles when having my hair done and enjoy having a cup of coffee too. This time though, I was disappointed to find that they had run out of coffee and was offered tea, which I accepted, but I never received it during my appointment, which I was disappointed at.

This place is a hidden gem of a hair salon in Crawley! Such a warm, welcoming, and kind environment. It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere was so positive, and so were the staff. I was given a great haircut by Nora and really enjoyed the experience, especially with a lovely cup of coffee. I went in tired with a frizzy mess and left with new energy and great hair. Nora and her team are always so friendly and welcoming. I use the private hijab room and I absolutely love the privacy of it. I had a half head of foils and the colour was spot on. Thank you for looking after me.
