I’ve been to The Key 2 Skin a couple of times now and the experience is always amazing. The vibe and aesthetic is just so calming as soon as I walk in, the outside seems a world away. Hayley is so amazing, knowledgeable and kind. I really applaud her skills and talent, it’s always 10/10 with her. I look forward to every appointment, definitely worth the 2hr round trip out of inner west Sydney.

Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

My first couple of hours away from my babies and as my birthday present, I choose to get a dermaplaning session at The Key 2 Skin. I had the most incredible experience with Telia. She kindly welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and was so lovely to chat to. Telia was so informative and shared her knowledge on what my skin needed and what she would recommend for my next facial. The whole experience was amazing, the salon is beautiful, clean and inviting. I absolutely cannot wait to book again and feel the same level of comfort, calmness and relaxation as I did today.

I recently visited thekey2skin for a laser genesis facial with therapist Hayley and was honestly blown away. I am not new to genesis, however what I will say is that when it comes to devices, your treatment results are only ever as good as the hands they are in. Hayley is incredibly skilled, the massage components accompanied were heavenly, and her skin knowledge and care throughout were greatly appreciated.
