I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

So good I'm struggling to find the words. I've had a​ beautiful mix of Massage and Myofascia Release​ treatment today, which is the best massage treatment I've ever had. She listened to me and created something unique to me and my needs in that moment. I feel the most rested I have in a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who experiences headaches and/or chronic pain. I'm trying to go back before I leave Liverpool, just wish she wasn't so far away from home for me!

I had a fantastic session with Katie for shoulder pain and couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Amazing experience, instant relief felt as soon as the session had finished, would highly recommend, spoke through the entire process thoroughly on what was happening, checked in constantly to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable, recommended on improvements for myself on a day to day basis to reduce stress on muscles, will definitely be rebooking.

Really happy with my treatment. The salon is a relaxed, welcoming, clean environment and the service is friendly and professional. I stopped at Costa on the way but needn’t have done as complimentary coffee is also offered in the salon which enhances overall experience. A loyalty scheme is offered for returning customers which is great. It was my first time visiting and it can be difficult to know which is a good nail salon until you’ve been so I was really happy to have found this place and will visit again.
