Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

This is the best Moroccan Hammam I’ve had in Dubai, went twice and was not disappointed. The product and hygiene were excellent. The therapist “Fateha” was awesome. I even tried with her the lymphatic drainage massage it was amazing and to the point feels like it’s done in a professional clinic. Lovely comfortable stay in a good location not too far from everywhere. Would have liked to see ice available in the executive lounge and the shower in the room was only disappointing after I’d used the exceptional showers in the spa. All the staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m stopping in Dubai
