Came in on peak period hence maybe staff are quite tired, did 90min massage & body scrub. Overall experience was great just the massage expecting more pressure.

By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. I told my wife, that I feel most assured & will surely return again.. I would like to personally thank Rosa & Riza for everything..

I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Batam. Highly recommend requesting Aya if you visit Spa Central Batam. The masseuse has great massage technique, however she was feeling a bit unwell and keep coughing during my session (despite wearing mask), it's a bit concerning for me and making my session slightly unpleasant.

No regrets & truthfully worthwhile. Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Susi at Spa Central Nagoya Batam! She immediately pinpointed the tension areas all over my body. The combination of deep pressure using her knuckles & elbows was exactly what I needed. The lemongrass oil was a perfect touch, making the whole room feel incredibly tranquil. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

Overall, great experience. Herlina is a very good therapist. She is very thorough in making sure that I know what she is doing, and checking up on the massage pressure. My only gripe is that for the 6-hr spa package, I have to keep moving from one room to another to do different treatment, and I have to pass by other people (and men) while in my robe. I was quite uncomfortable. I had to use a blanket to keep covering myself up. I’m a hijabi - so it was hard for me. Will just stick to normal massage in the future.

Sarah was professional and friendly. I liked how she informed me about every step and she was gentle. Her body massage skills were excellent but the foot reflexology could be improved.

My therapist is fabulous, she is good in everything, from massage to facial to foot reflexology, her name is Geo, this place is also value for money

We had a wonderful day at Spa Central Baloi with Dianty and Kiki(?). The body scrub, followed by hot stones massage was performed with care and adequate pressure as requested. I like the private rooms in this centre, and more importantly, the reclining chairs for foot reflexology. Wonderful day and look forward to coming again in the future.

My therapist is good but sister therapist was terrible, she totally no experience and tell her still no improve on the massage and keep massage her legs only and upper part not even done probably and more like touching.
