Started massages to help with circulation in my lower legs and feet and it really has been a great help. My wife has also had a Back Neck and Shoulder massage which she really enjoyed and lookingforward to her next one. Nikita also takes great care within Covid restrictions. Would throughly recommend Nikita for either a relaxing treat or more targeted therapeutic massage.

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

Wonderful experience having my first Ayurvedic massage with Irina. She very calmly and patiently explained the process and the philosophy of Ayurveda, and helped find the appropriate oil for my body. I will definitely be back and be recommending Irina to my friends in York and visitors.

I’ve been going to Sophie for treatments for a while now and she is absolutely brilliant! Mostly been for deep tissue massages on my back, not for the faint-hearted but very effective. Sophie is professional, knowledgable, friendly and excellent at what she does. Had a lymphatic drainage massage today, which was also fabulous!

Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.

Amazing experience, made me feel totally relaxed and refreshed. Would definitely recommend to anyone. When I come back to York I will certainly book again.

I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

Hilde was really polite and inviting when I arrived. She offered me water and made light conversation ahead of the treatments. Both treatments (back neck and shoulder and Indian head massage) were really relaxing and high quality. Lovely lady, fantastic service will return. Hannah x
