Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. First time visiting this massage therapist and she is amazing. Her technique and skill is perfect. Highly recommend her if you are struggling with tight and sore muscles. A 5 star review isn't high enough. Had an hour deep tissue massage and will definitely be going again. Thankyou very much Una.

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage.
