I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. I recently had my first-ever lip filler treatment with Charlotte and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had the 1.1ml Signature Lip treatment, and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Charlotte was so kind, friendly, and reassuring, explaining the procedure, aftercare, and every step in detail. She was incredibly gentle throughout the treatment and constantly checked that I was okay. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be returning for a top-up. I couldn't recommend Charlotte more highly!

I can’t recommend Charlotte enough! I’ve been to her a couple of times for lip filler and she always does an amazing job. I’ve had lip filler with others in the past and found it quite painful, but Charlotte is so gentle and makes the whole experience much more comfortable. I’ve also had mesotherapy done a few times and have been really pleased with the results every time. She’s professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️

A great experience from start to finish. I had a chemical peel-both Susha and Mina are highly experienced professionals who were able to advise me on the best treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment (further treatment for pigmentation) in a few months.
