I had hair Botox with Vicki, and a consultation for extensions. Vicki explained the process thoroughly before starting, and checked in with me throughout. Well, all the ladies here at Lola are so lovely. I booked a consultation for hair extensions, which I haven't had for over 20 years. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The service i have received from Sian has been exceptional. From consultation to fitting she made me feel so welcome. Its the first time ive had extensions and was a bit apprehensive as i suffer with hair loss. She talked me through everything and found a solution which transformed my hair. I honestly can’t recommend my hairdresser enough she is absolutely amazing! She does the best blonde every single time, and my hair has never looked better. The tone is always perfect, bright, and exactly what I ask for. Her extensions are incredible too they blend seamlessly and look flawless every time. The quality and finish are just next level. On top of that, the service is always fantastic. She makes sure you’re comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment and checks in every step of the way to make sure you’re 100% okay with how your hair is looking. Deffo recommend ❤️
