I had my first laser hair removal session, and it was great! Saadia was very attentive and explained the procedure and aftercare really well. She's a pro. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly.

I was only here for a gel nail removal but I was already so impressed. Julia was lovely - she took more care just for my gel nail removal than other salons did for full on manicures. I felt look after really well - a really neat and clean job. Can only recommend her and the other customers looked well after too. Already booked in for further treatments :)

Francesca was really lovely, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time as i become sometimes a little bit nervouse she always checking up on which was so nice. I am happy with the outcome i would defintly recommend this place they have so many lovley treatments available

My laser treatment is going exceptionally well. Francesa is soo nice and welcoming. Trust me this laser doesn’t hurt. I was wary myself in the beginning but it’s the best experience ever. The conversations flow and you don’t even feel the pain. Win win. Would recommend.

It’s so great to be able to get a variety of treatments done in one place! Bianca was great as usual, today we did a facial, wispy volume lashes and an IV drip. Bianca’s expertise and thorough explanation of the ingredients in the IV drip, made me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge, and I will be definitely repeating this service as collagen, vitamin c, and iron is key for great skin and energy! Excellent as always! Bianca always provides the best customer service and makes you feel comfortable, calm and relaxed. The room is clean and peaceful, and the service she provides is always immaculate. I always fall asleep in her chair, which is testament to how delicate her hands are! Will be here again in 2 weeks for more services :)

A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.
