I agreed a £15 fee and they charged £20 at the till for a 4yr old boy’s haircut based on ‘complexity’ even though he has v short hair and it was a quick cut

I had my hair cut today with Anna, and she was absolutely lovely and so talented! My hair turned out perfect—exactly the way I wanted. The salon itself is beautiful, and everyone there is so friendly. Highly recommend!

I was only here for a gel nail removal but I was already so impressed. Julia was lovely - she took more care just for my gel nail removal than other salons did for full on manicures. I felt look after really well - a really neat and clean job. Can only recommend her and the other customers looked well after too. Already booked in for further treatments :)

Really enjoyed my experience. I had my eyebrows shaped and the lady was super friendly. I also had my hair cut with Olga and she was also super friendly. Both services were done with attention to detail. Totally recommend.

Girls are amazing! Arrived late, but girls lloked after me and gave me quick head wash and then a classic cut. This was my best hairdresser of 2024! And still retaining the title for 2025)

Was such a calm and peaceful experience. Me and my husband booked a hydra facial. our skin was glowing immediately after the treatment. all of our concerns were addressed and advice was given on how to treat our skin for the best results. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!

It’s so great to be able to get a variety of treatments done in one place! Bianca was great as usual, today we did a facial, wispy volume lashes and an IV drip. Bianca’s expertise and thorough explanation of the ingredients in the IV drip, made me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge, and I will be definitely repeating this service as collagen, vitamin c, and iron is key for great skin and energy! Looking forward to our next appointment
