Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

I love how Laura does my highlights! I never know how to explain what it is I am imagining, but Laura takes the time to discuss everything with me and gives me her input and I absolutely love the end result!! This has been, the best service I’ve ever had. Full transformation from colour to cut, all the way to Extensions. So welcoming, and professional. Michael really put the effort in when it came to the small details and cared about the process and the end result. This was a full, “mummy makeover” for me and I feel like I can see myself again. Today has meant more than just my hair, this has meant the world to me. To invest in someone that knows exactly what you want and how to do it is priceless! I cannot recommend Michael enough, and will never be going anywhere else!

Great professional and very friendly service When I’m in Poole (which is quite regular) always go to Suzana. Definitely recommend Thank you for a great wash and blow dry.

Went to Mia today for my second set of highlights and I’m so happy. I’m quite particular with my hair (ex hairdresser 😅) and with previous hairdressers I’ve been to, I’ll ask for 3 things and get maybe 1. Mine are: don’t take too much off, I want to be this blonde, and part it so I don’t get a harsh line when I wear it back. If it’s not right first time, I don’t go back. But Mia actually listens and nailed everything I asked for. I think I’ve finally found my hairdresser! 🥰

Wow what a transformation I went and asked Sue. To do something completely different with my hair as I wanted a different hairstyle and WOW did she deliver. I came out feeling like a million dollars. Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. Such a great experience at the salon with Laura. A last minute change on the appt plan due to the weather and Laura did a beautiful up do for me. She was totally flexible with the changes and an amazing result. Loved it ❤️ Will definitely return!

Lauren is absolutely amazing- I wouldn’t use any other hairdresser. Her salon is beautiful and she is extremely kind and welcoming. She expertly blends blondes and makes sure to listen to exactly what I ask for. I cannot recommend her enough!
