Flew in from FL and needed a quick wash and blow dry, I googled the establishment and they had great reviews and great prices online. I booked an appointment same day and they did an amazing job. The attention to detail and the pristine blowout left my hair looking flawless! I loved it and appreciated the vibes and good music while getting my hair done. Thank you so much!

The staff and space were nice. DO NOT book a curly hair appointment if your hair is wavy/curly, get the regular haircut. Mine is between wavy and curly, I booked a curly cut. The layers and shaping are great, but the styling looked AWFUL because my hair didn't curl enough. It was huge and frizzy but didn't bring out a curl pattern the way I had hoped. I asked the stylist about it but she didn't show me how to shape them with the extra time left in the hour. I would try a regular haircut here but not the curly haircut again.

Rex was perfect and I would definitely go back for another haircut! He was very understanding of what I wanted (trim with curtain bangs and layers), and I felt so confident after it was done. He took his time with the haircut, and styled it so well at the end by giving me more volume and curls. He’s definitely a master of his craft—I’m very happy. Also, the woman who washed my hair was very thorough, and her massage felt so relaxing!

I liked the haircut but with my blowout I wasn't as happy but I think it was because there was no product put in before or after the blow drying so as soon as I walked to my car.... my curls disappeared and frizz took over.😩

Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. Thanks to Silvia’s attention to detail and time, I’m leaving more than happy with my new style. Thank you again.

I had an amazing experience here! I am a guy with curly hair, between an 2 and 3A, so I’ve had A LOT of bad haircuts. This is the best cut I’ve had in YEARS! Even when I ask for a diva cut, stylists always give me a generic men’s cut when I go short, so I never do. NOT Sandra! Even though I went with a shorter length (and had worn a hat all day), she took her time to cut my curls individually and made sure they all came through. I almost always walk out of the salon disappointed and put off getting a trim for as long as possible but today I am already looking forward to seeing her again!

The older stylist was nice but needs to tone it down when using hair styling tools and when dealing with ethnic hair. Our scalps can burn with excess heat!

First time customer and I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was. Right off the bat Giulia was honest about what she thought my hair needed and I really appreciated that. We did a single process color with a cut and blow out and - let me tell you- the attention to detail was top notch. Giulia really cares about her clients and their hair and it shows - she made sure the cut was perfect before I walked out. She was so sweet. I have already booked my follow up appointment for a gloss to keep my color looking great. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been coming to Haiier in Flushing for over two years and usually have great experiences with my stylist, Eden. However, my last visit didn’t meet expectations. The price for a women’s haircut has gone up a lot, and the gap between men’s and women’s cuts feels too large. Eden seemed rushed, likely due to walk-ins, and he forgot to style my hair, which was always included before. He was also rougher with my hair than usual, and with my sensitive scalp, I expected more care. Despite these issues, I still trust Eden and Haiier and hope this was a one-time mistake.

Giulia knocked it out of the park! She took my dry, damaged, long hair and make it look healthy, chic, and modern. She did an excellent job communicating with me as to what she was going to do, how much she was going to cut, etc. which I definitely appreciated since I wanted to remain as much length as possible. I found my new salon!

I removed my micro blading with Lili, and the result was so exceptional! I was told by others that it would take more than 3 sessions. However, she was able to remove almost all of it by only one session!! I was hesitant to come to her main location in queens since I’m located in Manhattan, but I’m so happy I did, as she has more laser options in the queens location. Not to mention it only took about 30 minuets! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs tattoo/ micro blading removal. Thank you!!!

Sharifa provides a five-star experience EVERY single time! Her wash experience is like therapy for your hair. The amount of TLC that she pours into my hair as well as my children's hair is very evident. Our hair looks and feels healthy.
