I have never once had a bad experience here. I have booked with Gloria for massage, Jayme AND Lauren for facials and everyone there is just so skilled, kind, and amazing. The set up is beautiful and clean, very relaxing and zen. I had the best time getting my facial there today.

I have been going to Marina for facials for a while now and she does an amazing job. She takes the time to explain what you should do during your skin care routine and really cares about your skin’s needs. I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a good facial.

I always look forward to my monthly facials from Marina! She is super professional, clean and always sets a very relaxing environment for an appointment. Since coming to her for a few years, my skin has improved so much and I have always learned so much from her as well. The products she recommends are also incredible and work wonders. I had a great experience here with Gloria! From the minute I stepped in the door I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. I was kept informed each step of my treatment (Pumpkin Spice Facial) so I knew exactly what was happening on my face. Other than making my face GLOW, she made sure I was in a good head space the whole time which (to me) is one of the most important aspects of self care. I will most certainly be back and recommending to my friends in the area!

This was my first time ever getting a facial. The experience all around was amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is very zen and relaxing and everything smells amazing. The smell of everything alone puts you in a euphoric state. Taking care of your skin is so important. My face felt and looked amazing afterwards. Everyone completed my glow! Jayme is terrific, professional, knowledgeable and most important kind and gentle. Just had my second custom facial and recommend it highly. Jayme tailored it to my senior skin and adjusted her treatment to fit my needs. It's not just a one-size-fits-all at Gem and Rose. And I would like to give a plug here for my massage therapist, Francisco, who is the tops- also knowledgeable, kind and who listens and adjusts his treatment to fit your needs. And, when you enter Gem and Rose, you are not entering a chaotic space. Everything is calm, cozy and meditative. You won't be disappointed.

The ambiance and professionalism at Nios was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. My 30-minute facial was transportative. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I felt like I was in exceptional hands with my esthetician throughout the entire service. The soothing ambient music during my session was also a perfect touch in creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. I will absolutely be returning to Nios. It is great to know that they have several locations in different areas around the city.

I removed my micro blading with Lili, and the result was so exceptional! I was told by others that it would take more than 3 sessions. However, she was able to remove almost all of it by only one session!! I was hesitant to come to her main location in queens since I’m located in Manhattan, but I’m so happy I did, as she has more laser options in the queens location. Not to mention it only took about 30 minuets! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs tattoo/ micro blading removal. Thank you!!!

This is beyond the best Spa/medical location thus far in Astoria. From the customer service to the work they put in to ensure you leave feeling calm and relaxed. I come to this location for cupping/needling and let me tell you, my back has felt so good ever since. Thankfully, my health insurance covers this part. Today, however, I had a chance to get a facial/massage combo and it was beyond amazing. Left feeling new. Idk how best to put it, but don’t miss out. Give them a chance!

Ms.Sweetie, is the owner of the unique beauty facial salon, and I've been going to her salon since they've been open so Mrs Sweetie she carry her name very well cuz that's what she is a sweet lovable professional owner and operator and she had trained her girls some of them but they all professional, and I love them all even the husband of Mrs. sweetie.

A little language barrier but otherwise service was fantastic. Never felt so relaxed at a facial. My skin came out so smooth and soft. The AI face report was ok, although not fully accurate.
