Taken to another level of 5* customer service! Having forgotten to book an appointment for my 6 weekly haircut. Called into Taffy's Neath on the off chance that Sarah could fit me in? Sarah informed me that she was fully booked up, sorry. No problem, I'll book for later in the week. However Sarah phoned me 10mins later, saying she had just had an appointment cancellation & could fit me in if I still wanted my haircut? I said "I'll be there in 5 mins" As usual Sarah cut my hair to my requirements & her consistently high standard of barbership. Thank you Sarah for fitting me in, much appreciated

As always, a great haircut at Taffy's Neath today from barber/stylist Sarah. Due to me booking my appointment late last night. My recent usual barber/stylist Jamie was fully booked up & unavailable. However Jamie as always, greeted me with a warm welcome. Stylist Sarah was brilliant & I knew the excellent customer service giving at Taffy's Neath would be maintained. Sarah cut my hair to my requirements with a friendly & professional chat as I expected she would. Well done Sarah. I find, as an OAP, Taffy's prices are very reasonable & great VFM for the barbering service you & the team provide

Had my hair coloured at Blossom Neath yesterday with Caitlyn, and she was incredible as always! She knows exactly what I like, and the colour came out perfect. The salon has such a fun, friendly vibe, and I’m obsessed with their cute little coffee menu too. Always a joy to visit!

Had an excellent experience, as always, having my haircut today. Barber/Stylist Jamie, punctual as normal, for my appointment time. My hair was cut to the normal high standard as requested. Jamie as usual, was friendly, polite & professional whilst cutting my hair. A great service with fellow stylists Sarah & Helen creating a lovely haircut ambience at Taffy's Neath. Well done all. Once again had a great experience with my 6 weekly haircut! Stylist Jamie, as always displayed excellent customer care & skill whilst cutting my hair. Being friendly, attentive & very professional. The barber's shop was exceptionally clean & well presented, as expected. Donna is lovely, very friendly, very professional. During this difficult time with the pandemic, Donna has hand sanitiser, one use aprons for people, masks if needed and cleans everything between new clients. Donna also does a great hair cut 😊😊

First time having my nails done here and what an amazing experience. Felt very comfortable and at ease having my nails done even with my disability. I sent a message prior to my appointment to let the salon know and they did not ask any questions. Have attended the same place for over 10 years due to my disability to have my nails done, booked here as my usual salon was full. I will most definitely be returning ❤️

Donna was brilliant and very patient with my granddaughter who had her first proper styling haircut. She was so excited and said afterwards it was exactly what she wanted. Thank you Donna, one very happy 15 year old in Neath today!!

This is the best my hair has ever looked. I’ve never had a colour like this before Emily genuinely listened and created a shade that matched the photos exactly. Her knowledge and expertise in colour mixing meant she found the perfect tones for me and blended everything beautifully. The cut was perfect too. I loved having the space to myself, it meant her full attention was on my hair, and the difference showed. My hair is in better condition now than it has ever been.
