It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I came in for a blowdry with Kerry. Always a friendly and welcoming salon. Like home from home. Blowdry was amazing and I also came away with a hydrating shampoo as my hair is so dry and brittle. Thank you Kerry x

First time at Redhed and so happy with my colour. Lola is so lovely, and really took on board what I wanted for my end result. The atmosphere of the salon is also great, with the added comfort of Betty, the dog, sitting with me throughout. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.

First time here, I had walked in to see if they had space and they booked me straight in for later in the day. On arrival the gentleman on the desk (I didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and checked if I would like refreshments throughout. Lola was great, she listened tentatively about my hair and asked about taking before and after pics. She spent over an hour sorting my hair and it turned out great! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at salons but next time I’m in Folkestone I will be returning to redhed.

Lemana is the balayage queen! Thank you so much as always. The workhouse is by far the best hair salon in Folkestone, Hayley has created such a chilled vibe. The atmosphere is just so lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dream team ❤️

I felt really welcomed into the hair studio and Hayley knew exactly what to do with my hair straight away. I needed to be told what to do with it as I never know and have never had a cut I’ve particularly liked before. The cut really suits me and my hair feels great, it’s exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know it. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, and I’m so happy Hayley is setting up her own business in the centre of Folkestone!

My first visit and it was amazing…was given a very warm welcome and coffee when I arrived and Allanah listened to what I wanted and I was given great advice. So pleased with my hair cut exactly the result I was expecting and I’ve booked to go again in July…great team here highly recommend this salon

I absolutely love getting my hair done by Nikita, she always makes me feel incredible comfortable and has such an inviting space where you can relax and be as comfortable as possible. She always does an amazing job and I always leave feeling so happy with my hair and the experience in general. I'd never get my hair done by anyone else as she truly is the best at what she does.
