Lovely experience! This was my second visit and the results are always great! Although today there was a scheduling conflict, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful! The receptionist gave me a nice deep condition and scalp massage, while waiting for the stylist to take me! I was upset at first with the schedule change, but they definitely excelled with their effort and customer service! Highly recommend :)

Would have liked a consultation before starting on my hair. I also would have loved to be offered a conditioning treatment. I also do the curly girl method and would have liked to have only had a conditioning treatment . I did the online booking and It would have been nice to have a comment section to write this down for the hair dresser before hand. Over all the appointment was short notice and the cut was great and the price was right. I will come again.

Victoria at Total Image was super great! I went in for a blow out and curls for a wedding. My hair never holds a curl. I wipes up with curls the next morning!!! I highly recommend Victoria!!!

Gave me what I wanted which was a masc haircut, house was clean and quiet which I appreciated. There’s no email or anything on the booking page to get in touch with her directly is my only takeaway. Thanks to the Reddit user who commented her salon on every r/hamilton post about haircuts haha

Elise spent time talking with me prior to starting my service to ensure she understood what I wanted. She managed my expectations about the colour I wanted to achieve based upon my specific hair type and current condition. It was important for both of us that my hair would be healthy after my service. Now my hair looks fabulous - a bright grey/white. It is healthy and vibrant. Thanks Elise I’ll be back in a few months for another fantastic experience.

The back facial was a great experience. Hannah is amazing. We often neglect the back and this back facial included a deep cleanse, exfoliation and gently massage followed by a refreshing mask for the back and completed with moisturization. Just wonderful. I will definitely be returning.
