Ellie was such a great hairdresser and she walked me through all the steps she was doing so I could understand them better and be able to apply them to my everyday routine at home. She made me feel so comfortable and just kept throwing me compliments. It was such a warm environment and Ellie kept me entertained through the whole session. I had such a lovely experience, I was greeted by a friendly well groomed dog, then a beautiful lady at the reception desk. I was offered a drink, then taken through for my hair wash. The chair was so comfortable with no awkward neck positioning. I had a thorough hair wash with an incredible head massage. All the ladies was so lovely and friendly. I finished with a blow dry and straighten which was not rushed. I will definitely be back if I’m back in perth

Recently moved to Perth and I’ve been struggling to find a good hairdresser. Got a last minute appointment for a half head of highlights with Bernie this morning and omg. INCREDIBLE. What a great salon! Lin and her team are great! They are professional, warm and talented. As someone new to Perth I had no idea where to go for some pampering, Vivi Salon was just what I was looking for. Great ambience, lovely products and such friendly staff that made me feel instantly welcome.
