Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

I must say that this visit is the best by far. Teresa was amazing with my roots touch up. Crise was great with my hands and feet treatment & the beautiful lady who dried my hair. Amazing experience at Elaris Beauty Salon in Business Bay. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a complimentary drinks menu that sets a relaxing and luxurious mood. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. I had manicure and pedicure, lash lifting, brow lamination, and also purchased natural hair extensions. Shabnam has been my hairstylist since 2017. Hands down the best one in Dubai. When she moved from juice salon and started her own salon, I didn’t have to think twice but to follow her. Now at Dtangle, they treat you like a princess, from Mehwish at the reception, to Silvi, with Shabnam and Asang at the helm, they’ve done a wonderful job. They are great with their work, and you feel special when you leave the salon. Mission accomplished!!!!

Service was good, the girls were great with the brows, but it was disappointing to be lied to about the amount. We had availed the Ramadan offer and were told that the brows and a touch up session would be offered for AED 150. Up until the session began the girls and owner informed us that the session was free since it was paid for. It was only after the session that we were asked to pay AED 105 more. The total amount of AED 250 is still cheaper than the rest of the places and we would have happily paid the amount if the staff, including the owner, were honest with us.

I had a great experience at Brows and More Salon in Karama - Muskan and Kim provided excellent service with a high level of professionalism and care. They were attentive, offered helpful advice, and ensured a comfortable experience throughout. Truly appreciate their customer service and dedication. Highly recommended!

It was superb and I got a lot of compliments on the mehndi design, colour and the actual look on the day. A big thank you to.
