If there was an option to give more stars then I would definitely give them. For my birthday I was treated to a 3 hour indulgence package - It was wonderful. Full body stone massage, premium facial and a shellac manicure. Sarah opened the salon especially to accommodate me as my birthday fell on a Sunday. As always the salon was spotlessly clean, the setting was wonderful and the treatments were pure heaven. Sarah's techniques for massage are second to none, honestly if you are thinking of having a massage then look no further. Can't wait to book my next treatment. Thank you Sarah

My nails were in awful condition from being massively over filed by a different nail technician from a different beauty salon, so I couldnt have anything done today with them being in such bad condition. Lovely manicure and gel polish applied

Loved having my nails re done to day with Sarah . The old gel lasted 5 weeks & came off real easy. Love the colour choice however I decided to go for the Champaign again to keep the sparkle for Christmas.

As someone who hasn't visited a spa and had her nails done for years, Holly made me feel very comfortable, managed my indecision on colours and gave me an excellent manicure. Very pleased with the result. Thank you Holly

The spa is beautiful, there was a lovely ambience to the space. I booked a winter package which included a facial and manicure. Both were really lovely. My sister also booked the winter package and planned to go for the massage option over the facial, however on the day when we arrived for the appointment we were told massages wouldn’t be possible that day. It ended up working out but I think when it comes to the packages, it might be nice for customers to pick their treatments in advance or inform customers in advance if certain treatments will be unavailable that day.

Thus was my first time going to the loft and can honestly say it won't be my last.... From arriving to leaving the service was so friendly and inviting.
