Fern is incredible! From the moment I booked, she messaged me asking for inspiration photos so she could prepare in advance – that showed true professionalism. I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward.
