First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

I had an absolutely brilliant lymphatic drainage massage with Oksana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was exceptional — gentle yet very effective — and I could genuinely feel the difference in my body immediately after the session. Oksana is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed.

If you are looking for a place to truly decompress, Leyabelle is it. Marina and Oksana are miracle workers. I had the facial and relaxing massage package, and the level of care was unmatched. My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

A lovely experience as always at Rich. Thank you to Natasha for being so attentive. She recommended a conditioning treatment with nashi products and my hair feels so smooth! Thank you also to Kate for the blow dry and checking the cut.

Amazing service even when rushed off their feet they still managed to cater to everyone and maintained excellent service. Everyone works as a team to make sure the appointments ran as smooth as possible. This was my first visit will defo come back.

I got the hair Botox today, my hair hasn’t ever felt so smooth, soft and shiny. I would highly recommend on natural dark hair that’s been bleached like mine. I’m looking forward to seeing the results.
