My initial visit was for sciatica, I was and had been in a lot of pain for over a week. I'm in my mid 60s and hadn't ever had sciatica before, it is excruciatingly painful. My session was for 1 hour, first 30 minutes was a massage to warm my muscles, 2nd 30 minutes Dr. Mark did adjustments with his hands as well as wand devices. There was a lot of popping noises as the knots released from my problem areas. The next day I felt better. Would highly recommend Dr. Mark if you find you need Chiropractic services in Puerto Vallarta. His staff are all courteous and professional as is the Doc.

Frank’s skilled hands, stretching techniques, and warm towels made the experience exceptional. I booked my friend and I a couples massage while staying at a nearby resort for new year's. I got the deep tissue with Arelys and my friend got a hot stone massage. We both walked out telling each other that was one of the best massages we've ever had. I highly recommend coming here, they make you feel at home.

Third massage at Samer - this is a small skilled team of massage therapists. Each of the 3 seems to specialize in 2-3 techniques - I've done the Balance (which is essentially assisted stretching with a little bit of a twist) and Deep Tissue and have left feeling like they targeted. Using them in lieu of my physical therapy sessions (2 herniated discs and 2 bulging discs 🫠🫠🫠 I'm an abnormal case since I'm still mobile despite the hernias) since I'm away from home and it's getting the job done!

The venue exceeded our expectations! We got a deep tissue and a relaxation massage at this new establishment and it was perfectly lit, modern, and the scents used were amazing.
